I wanted to share with you a little obsession of mine. One which has grown increasingly stronger as the sun has made more and more of an appearance: Maxi dresses.
I could literally while away hours of my life looking at them and lusting over them, making wishlist after wishlist.

Those are quite lovely! It's too hot here to even think about a long dress. Currently I am obsessed with rain. We haven't had any in almost 2 months and triple digit heat. I want rain.

I have long been a fan of maxi dresses (sorry for the bad pun). But seriously, they're lovely. Unfortunately I'm too short for most of them without hemming. But every once in awhile I find one that's my length off the rack. I have a long black one with a painted flower at the bottom hem... Love it!
PS - My obsession of the moment: the color yellow. My wardrobe needed a pick-me-up, so I've been searching for yellow - cardigans, tanks, bracelets.

I think it's a summer thing too the yellow. I am always drawn to Yellow in the summer.
My sister is vertically challenged shall we say, and she moans about dresses/trousers always being too long too!
