A snuggly hoodie - for when you're warming up and just getting started. It's important that it's flexible too so you can move well in it.
A gorgeous tank - I find it much easier to move in a sleeveless top. This one looks soft, flexible and just perfect for exercising.
Shoes for walking or running - these would be gorgeous and very supportive I think, whatever movement I choose to do.
Flexible shoes for yoga - I think these would be perfect yoga shoes. I often do it barefoot but that can be chilly in the winter months. I love these sketchers shoes. They've long been favourites of mine.
Flexible breathable trousers - these actually take the sweat away from your skin, as well as moving with your body. They would be perfect for any kind of exercise.
